Security camera footage entered into the file regarding the suspicious death of 30-year-old Türkan Biçer, who died after falling from the 7th floor in Ankara Eryaman, changed the course of the incident. It was revealed that her fiancé, F.Ö., who was arrested following neighbors' reports of screams, forcibly put the young woman into the elevator by choking and assaulting her inside the building on the night of the incident.

A shocking development occurred in the mysterious Türkan Biçer case, which took place on March 25 in the Eryaman neighborhood of Ankara's Etimesgut district. Footage recorded just before the death of 30-year-old Türkan Biçer, who died after falling naked from the 7th floor of the apartment building where she lived with her fiancé F.Ö., has heightened suspicions of murder.

Following the incident, fiancé F.Ö. was arrested after residents reported hearing cries for help. In the meticulous investigation conducted by the Ankara Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, security camera footage from the building was deciphered and added to the case file. According to footage obtained by Sabah, on the night of the incident, Türkan Biçer and her fiancé F.Ö. entered the apartment building together. A violent struggle occurs between the two inside the building, and suspect F.Ö. is seen grabbing the unfortunate woman by the throat, choking her, and forcing her into the elevator. Later in the recordings, the suspect fiancé is seen exiting the elevator alone, holding a sheet, and leaving the building.

"WHEN WE LOOK AT THE RECORDINGS..."

Berkay Göknar, the lawyer for the Biçer family, argued that in light of the new evidence, the incident was not a suicide but a clear murder. Noting that the suspect's statements before his arrest contained serious contradictions, Lawyer Göknar made the following assessment: "The current evidence provides many clues about how the incident occurred. When we look at the security camera recordings, it is clearly seen that the deceased was manhandled and taken home, and a struggle took place on the balcony. Witness statements, police reports, and concrete evidence supporting these elements strongly strengthen our murder claim."

"WE WILL NOT CONSENT TO IT BEING DISGUISED AS SUICIDE"

Emphasizing that they will not allow the incident to be covered up, Göknar stated that the suspect should be tried on the most severe charges: "We demand that the suspect be tried for 'intentional killing of a woman' and that the court make a ruling based on this article. We will never consent to the incident being closed by disguising it as suicide. We will also present our other evidence in the later stages of the case. The decision is up to the Turkish judiciary."
