A person suspected of being a child molester in Bayrampaşa prompted local citizens to take action. The citizens caught the suspect, who was fleeing from street to street, and handed him over to the police.

CITIZENS REACTED AND HE FLED

The incident occurred on Sunday, October 27, during the afternoon at a café located on Eski Edirne Asfaltı Street in Bayrampaşa Yıldırım Neighborhood. T.Ö., who was sitting in the café with his friend H.M., allegedly took a secret photo of a 16-year-old girl sitting at the opposite table with her friends using her mobile phone. Other customers, noticing the situation, reacted to the two suspects. Following this, T.Ö. and H.M. left the café. Some citizens chased the suspects for a while.

THEY CAUGHT HIM IN AN ALLEY

One of the suspects, T.Ö., was caught by a group chasing him in an alley in Gaziosmanpaşa Karadeniz Neighborhood. The group beat T.Ö. and recorded the moments on their mobile phones. After a while, police teams arrived at the scene and detained T.Ö. The search for the fleeing H.M. by the police is ongoing.
