Almina Ağaoğlu, 11, who was critically injured after being hit by two bullets to the back of her head in a school attack in Kahramanmaraş and died 18 days later in the hospital, was laid to rest. During the funeral, the grieving mother's lament, 'My dear daughter, have you become a bird of paradise? I love you so much. We had become such a beautiful mother-daughter duo. We will meet again in heaven,' broke hearts.

In the Ayser Çalık Secondary School in the Onikişubat district of Kahramanmaraş, Almina Ağaoğlu, who was wounded by two bullets to the head in an attack carried out by İsa Aras Mersinli (14) with 5 guns and 7 magazines belonging to his father, former police chief inspector Uğur Mersinli, passed away this morning at the hospital where she was being treated.

"MY DEAR DAUGHTER, HAVE YOU BECOME A BIRD OF PARADISE"

After Almina's body was handed over to her family at the Kahramanmaraş Sütçü İmam University morgue, the funeral ceremony began. The funeral was held at Abdülhamit Han Mosque following the noon prayer.

During the ceremony, mother Gülten Ağaoğlu, embracing her daughter's coffin, lamented, "How fortunate, my God, that you granted me this girl. My lamb loved our Turkish flag very much. You stood so strong, my mother, you have become a neighbor to our Prophet. My dear daughter, have you become a bird of paradise? I love you so much. We were such a beautiful mother-daughter. We will reunite in heaven, my love. I said, 'Mom, don't go.' And you said, 'Mom, nothing will happen.' But I am not angry. My right over you is fully halal for you," breaking hearts.

HER FATHER AND BROTHER DISSOLVED IN TEARS

At the ceremony, Almina's brother and father Ahmet Miraç Ağaoğlu were seen touching the coffin one last time and bidding her farewell in tears.

Additionally, Almina's classmates attended the ceremony. Her desk mate Zeynep Davarcı touched Almina's coffin and asked for forgiveness. The friends were seen unable to hold back their tears during the ceremony.
