The President of the Turkish Football Federation, İbrahim Hacıosmanoğlu, announced that the foreign player rule will change next season. Hacıosmanoğlu, who argues that there should be no foreign players in the 1st League, stated, "We will allow foreign players in the Super League. You can play with 11 foreign players. There is no point in imposing restrictions. However, we will set criteria."

The President of the Turkish Football Federation, İbrahim Hacıosmanoğlu, announced in the program "I Just Spoke" broadcasted on Ekol TV that the foreign player rule will change next season.

"THE FOREIGN PLAYER LIMIT WILL BE LIFTED"

Hacıosmanoğlu stated that the foreign player limit will be lifted next season, saying, "What is a foreign player doing in the 1st League? We will allow foreign players in the Super League. You can play with 11 foreign players. There is no point in imposing restrictions. But we will set criteria," he expressed.

FOREIGN PLAYER RULE IN THE SUPER LEAGUE AND 1ST LEAGUE

Trendyol Super League clubs can have 14 foreign players on their A team roster. Teams can include 12 of these players on the match list, and they can take the field with 11 foreign players. In Trendyol 1st League, A team rosters can include 8 foreign players. Of these, 6 can be on the match list and on the field.
