The Turkish Statistical Institute has announced the inflation data for the month of June. From now on, just like in workplaces, there will be a 12-month average inflation limit for rents in housing as well. CEILING INCREASE RATE IS 65.07%According to the inflation data for the month of June announced by TURKSTAT today, the 12-month average increase in CPI was realized as 65.07%. Therefore, the ceiling increase rate for renewed housing and workplace rental contracts this month will be 65.07%.
