F.A. (58), who is alleged to have taken photographs of a woman walking on the street in Zonguldak without her knowledge or consent, was detained. Upon the woman’s complaint, photographs belonging to the woman were found on the suspect’s mobile phone, which was examined. F.A., who was referred to the courthouse, was arrested by the duty court before which he was brought.
