The adrenaline-filled show of the 80-year-old couple left everyone speechless!

One of the world's most famous paragliding centers, the exciting flight of 86-year-old grandfather and 81-year-old grandmother in Fethiye Babadağ left onlookers in awe. A Dutch couple on vacation in Fethiye Ölüdeniz experienced unforgettable moments in the sky by jumping tandem (dual) paragliding from Babadağ. Jan Dorser, 86, and Dirkje Blankvorrt, 81, who spent their holiday in Fethiye, decided to fly after seeing the paragliders in the sky while sunbathing on the beach.

"WE ALMOST STORED ADRENALINE"

The couple, who requested a flight, went up to the 1,700-meter runway with the Babadağ cable car after receiving the necessary briefings. While Jan Dorser jumped with experienced paraglider pilot Zafer Şekerci, Dirkje Blankvorrt soared into the sky with pilot Tunahan Çelik. Enjoying the magnificent view of Ölüdeniz for about half an hour, the couple landed smoothly on Belcekız Beach. Sharing their feelings after the flight, the couple said, "When we saw the paragliders in the sky in Fethiye Ölüdeniz, where we came for the first time on vacation, we couldn't resist and decided to fly. We had a great time paragliding at this age. We almost stored adrenaline." The Dutch couple stated that they plan to return to Fethiye next year to experience this excitement once again.
