The match between Anamur Belediyespor and Akdeniz Belediyespor, which would determine the 3rd team to represent Mersin in the Regional Amateur League (BAL), was canceled by the referees due to the ambulance not being ready before the match started.

Anamur Belediyespor and Akdeniz Belediyespor, who were expected to face each other for a ticket to the Regional Amateur League, took to the field at match time, but the match could not start.

AMBULANCE DID NOT ARRIVE FOR THE MATCH

According to the Turkish Football Federation regulations, an ambulance must be present at the stadium during the competition, but the ambulance did not arrive by the start time, causing a crisis. While both teams were making their final preparations on the field before the match, the referee committee determined that the ambulance was not present at the stadium.

REFEREE CANCELLED THE MATCH

After waiting for a while for the match to start, the referees decided to cancel the competition due to the inability to resolve the deficiency. Following the decision, players and technical staff went to the locker room, while fans in the stands reacted strongly to the situation.
