FIRST STATEMENT FROM ERDOĞAN
President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, in his speech at the "City and Space" themed Urbanism Summit at the AK Party Congress Center, expressed the following regarding the crashed military cargo plane: "Today, we learned with deep sorrow that our C130 military plane, which was coming from Azerbaijan to our country, crashed at the Georgia-Azerbaijan border. Our efforts are continuing in coordination with the relevant authorities of the country. Hopefully, we will emerge from this accident with minimal damage. May God have mercy on our martyrs, and may we be with them in our prayers."
ERDOĞAN SPOKE ON THE PHONE WITH KOBAKHIDZE
President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan had a phone conversation with Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze. According to a statement from the Presidency's Communication Directorate, the latest situation regarding the search and rescue efforts for the military cargo plane belonging to the Turkish Air Force that crashed in Georgia was discussed. Prime Minister Kobakhidze expressed his condolences to President Erdoğan for the soldiers martyred in the accident. President Erdoğan thanked Kobakhidze for his condolences and support.
GEORGIAN INTERIOR MINISTER AT THE CRASH SITE
Meanwhile, Georgian Interior Minister Gela Geladze arrived in the Kakheti region where the plane crashed. Minister Geladze was accompanied by his first deputy Roni Mesxi, Kakheti Governor Giorgi Aladaşvili, and relevant service directors of the ministry. In a statement made by the Georgian Ministry of Internal Affairs, it was reported that search and rescue teams were on site and that investigation activities were ongoing in cooperation with the Turkish side.

GEORGIA: THE PLANE DID NOT SEND ANY EMERGENCY SIGNAL
The Georgian Ministry of Internal Affairs announced that the military transport plane belonging to the Turkish Air Force crashed in the Signagi region, 5 kilometers from the Azerbaijan border, and that an investigation has been initiated regarding the accident. In a statement from the Georgian Air Navigation Administration, it was also stated that the radar connection was lost a few minutes after the plane entered Georgian airspace.
