The Finance Unit, Logistics Unit, International Battalion, Courier Unit, Industry Unit, Prisons and Tunnel Construction, which are affiliated with the YPG, the military wing of the PKK/KCK in Syria, were all under the command of Tekin Guyi code Abdülhamit Kapar, who was one of the most important so-called leaders of the PKK/YPG in Syria. Upon this, action was taken for the operation against the terrorist Kapar. JOINED PKK/KCK IN 1992Tekin Guyi code Abdülhamit Kapar joined the PKK/KCK in 1992. From 1992 to 2011, he operated in Mahmur Camp, Haftanin area, and Hakurk region in Iraq. Starting from 2011, he held responsible positions in the organization's military training activities. Since 2014, he has been operating as the so-called responsible person in Sinjar, Iraq. In 2016, he carried out activities as the PKK/KCK Customs and Security Responsible in the Haftanin area and then was appointed as the so-called Provincial Responsible of Haftanin by the organization. In 2017, KAPAR, who served as the Deputy General Responsible of PKK/YBS in Sinjar, started to work as the Courier Responsible of the PKK/YPG Derik Province in Syria in 2018. Finally, since 2021, he has been operating as the so-called General Responsible of PKK/YPG Institutions.
