The blood of our 26 martyrs did not go in vain! 'Tekin Guyi' is no longer alive.

The Finance Unit, Logistics Unit, International Battalion, Courier Unit, Industry Unit, Prisons and Tunnel Construction, which are affiliated with the YPG, the military wing of the PKK/KCK in Syria, were all under the command of Tekin Guyi code Abdülhamit Kapar, who was one of the most important so-called leaders of the PKK/YPG in Syria.

Abdülhamit Kapar, who was wanted for terrorism and categorized as "green" in the wanted list, was on the target list of the MIT due to organizing the attack on the Uludere Taşdelen Gendarmerie Station in Şırnak on 15/05/1992, where 26 soldiers were martyred and 2 soldiers were kidnapped. Kapar, a terrorist who has been in the organization for 32 years, tried to escape and hide his tracks after surviving the operation carried out by the MIT in Derik in 2021. However, he was not successful. Tekin Guyi code A.Kapar, who had been under the surveillance of MIT agents for a long time, was determined to be in Kamishli. Upon this, action was taken for the operation against the terrorist Kapar.

JOINED PKK/KCK IN 1992

Tekin Guyi code Abdülhamit Kapar joined the PKK/KCK in 1992. From 1992 to 2011, he operated in Mahmur Camp, Haftanin area, and Hakurk region in Iraq. Starting from 2011, he held responsible positions in the organization's military training activities. Since 2014, he has been operating as the so-called responsible person in Sinjar, Iraq. In 2016, he carried out activities as the PKK/KCK Customs and Security Responsible in the Haftanin area and then was appointed as the so-called Provincial Responsible of Haftanin by the organization.

In 2017, KAPAR, who served as the Deputy General Responsible of PKK/YBS in Sinjar, started to work as the Courier Responsible of the PKK/YPG Derik Province in Syria in 2018. Finally, since 2021, he has been operating as the so-called General Responsible of PKK/YPG Institutions.
