The President of the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey (CBRT), Fatih Karahan, will make a presentation at the TBMM Planning and Budget Commission on October 3. Karahan will meet with the members of parliament during the week when the opening of the 28th Term 3rd Legislative Year of the TBMM will take place.

In the commission, which will convene on October 3 under the chairmanship of the President of the TBMM Planning and Budget Commission, AK Party Samsun Deputy Mehmet Muş, it is anticipated that Karahan will present to the members of parliament.

It is expected that Central Bank President Karahan will make a comprehensive presentation within the framework of global developments, the Turkish economy, inflation, and monetary policy. The bank's interest rate decisions and developments regarding the fight against inflation are predicted to be the main topics of the meeting.

According to the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey Law, the President is required to inform the TBMM Planning and Budget Commission about the Bank's activities and monetary policy implementations.
