According to allegations, the private public bus driver got angry with the passengers and claimed that his psychology was disturbed, stopping the vehicle on the side of the road. After stating that he would not move the bus, the driver eventually let the passengers off the vehicle, and when one passenger refused to get off, he began to insult him. In the footage recorded by bystanders on their cell phones, the driver, who was waiting outside with the passengers he had let off, was seen shouting and insulting the passenger in the vehicle, saying, "They all got off, you will get off too. Are you a man?"
