"WE ARE CONTINUING OUR CONTACTS TO FIND A WAY FORWARD WITH PKK/YPG AND TURKEY"
Miller, who said, "We are continuing our contacts to find a way forward with the SDF (PKK/YPG) and Turkey," also added that the increase in conflicts in Syria is not in the interest of any party.
