The Central Bank has reduced the total interest cost on rediscount credits for exports and foreign currency earning services.

The total interest cost for export and foreign currency generating service rediscount credits has been reduced.

A CERTAIN RATE OF THE POLICY INTEREST WILL BE TAKEN AS BASIS

According to the statement made by the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey (CBRT), it has been decided to base the calculation of the rediscount credit for export and foreign currency generating services on a certain rate of the policy interest by making a change in the discount rate calculation.

WILL BE APPLIED AS 29.93 PERCENT

In this context, the current total interest cost of the rediscount credit will be applied as 29.93 percent.
