The Chief Public Prosecutor of Çaycuma, Y.C., had his lawyer girlfriend detained on the grounds that she opened an Instagram account in the name of her five ex-boyfriends, including a lawyer and a soldier, and unlawfully obtained their personal data. According to the news by Ümit Karadağ from Yeniçağ, within the scope of the investigation, Zonguldak Bar Association Lawyer Ö.U.K. was detained at his summer house. A search was conducted at Ö.U.K.'s summer house and his residence in Zonguldak after his statement was taken. The lawyer was released within 24 hours. Ö.U.K. stated that he had no connection to the investigation file he was included in, and he believed that this would be revealed as a result of the investigation and that a non-prosecution decision would be made. It was learned that the name of a staff member working in the office of Lawyer E.Ö. was also mentioned in the investigation. The staff member, whose computer was examined, was also released. Ö. emphasized that his name was not mentioned in the investigation and that the issue was related to the staff member. Lawyer Ö pointed out that no criminal evidence was found in the examined phones and computers of both the staff member working with him and his other colleague who was detained, noting that both were released on the same day.
