The extraordinary congress of the CHP, which is scheduled to take place on Sunday, September 21, has been brought to the Supreme Election Council with the claim of 'complete illegality.' The Council will address the objection made by some CHP delegates during its agenda meeting tomorrow at 3:30 PM. The decision made by the Council will be binding and final.

PROVINCIAL AND DISTRICT ELECTION BOARDS REJECTED OBJECTIONS
Some CHP delegates objected to the decision of the Extraordinary Congress, requesting the cancellation of the congress decision from the Çankaya 4th District Election Board. The Çankaya 4th District Election Board rejected the objections.
This time, the delegates appealed to the Ankara Provincial Election Board to overturn the decision of the district election board. The Ankara Provincial Election Board unanimously ruled that there was "no place for a decision" regarding the objection, as the decision made by the district election board president was final.

According to the information received, the decision of CHP's Extraordinary Congress has now been taken to the Supreme Election Council (YSK) with the claim of "complete unlawfulness." YSK will address the objection made by some CHP delegates at its agenda meeting tomorrow at 15:30.
