In this context, it was reported that the acquisition of the sole control of TP Petrol Dağıtım AŞ by Zeren Group Yatırım AŞ through Altınbaş Petrol ve Ticaret AŞ was deemed appropriate. JUSTIFICATION EXPLAINEDIn the statement, it was noted that the effects of the transaction were examined in detail by the Authority in all stages of the relevant sector, including the sale of automotive and industrial lubricants, as well as the supply, distribution, storage, and retail sale of fuel.
In the statement referring to the results of the examination conducted considering the unique structure of the markets and their interrelations, it was stated that the acquisition was permitted due to the absence of significant reduction in effective competition.
