The Minister of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change, Murat Kurum, announced the date for the lottery to be held by TOKİ. Minister Kurum said, "After the holiday, hopefully with the presence of our esteemed President, we will quickly draw the lottery in Istanbul and determine the rightful owners of our 100,000 social housing units."
The Minister of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change, Murat Kurum, announced the date of the draw to be held in Istanbul for the "500 thousand housing" project.
ISTANBUL DRAW AFTER THE HOLIDAY
Minister Kurum stated: "We have implemented our 500 Thousand Social Housing Project under the leadership of our President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, and we have joyfully held the draw ceremonies across our country in all 81 provinces.
Each draw has turned into that joyful news that one of our families has been eagerly waiting for. That joy, that excitement, is now also being experienced in our Istanbul. After the holiday, hopefully, with the presence of our President, we will quickly draw the lots in Istanbul as well, determining the rightful owners of our 100 thousand social housing units. We will not stop there; we will take steps to balance rental prices with our special rental social housing project for Istanbul."
APPLICATION LISTS PUBLISHED
The application evaluation process for citizens who applied for the Istanbul TOKİ project has also been completed. The lists of accepted and rejected candidates have been published on TOKİ's official website. Candidates can check their results by entering their T.C. identity numbers into the system.

PAYMENT PLAN AND DOWN PAYMENT AMOUNTS FOR 1+1 AND 2+1 HOUSES
The payment plan for Istanbul TOKİ houses has also been determined. Accordingly;
55 square meter 1+1 houses will be sold with a down payment of 195,000 TL and a monthly installment of 7,313 TL,
65 square meter 2+1 houses will be sold with a down payment of 245,000 TL and a monthly installment of 9,188 TL,
80 square meter 2+1 houses will be sold with a down payment of 295,000 TL and a monthly installment of 11,063 TL.
Additionally, the starting installment amount will be updated every 6 months according to the previous civil servant salary increase rate.
