The accident occurred in the Çamlıyazı neighborhood. According to claims, the brake of the dump truck with license plate 55 BDJ 56, belonging to a subcontractor company and driven by Necdet Bolat, failed on a slope. The truck hit an electric pole, overturned, and fell on its side. The stones loaded on the truck fell and also damaged a nearby house.

Upon the notification, gendarmerie, health, and fire department teams were dispatched to the scene. The teams determined that Bolat had lost his life.
