The driver who crashed into the truck used by his father lost his life.

A 22-year-old truck driver, who crashed into the truck driven by his father from behind in Afyonkarahisar, died in the hospital where he was taken.

CRASHED INTO THE TRUCK DRIVEN BY HIS FATHER FROM BEHIND

The incident occurred in the Kavakdibi area of the Çay-Bolvadin highway. According to the information obtained, Emir A. crashed into the truck with license plate 42 AFF 720, driven by his father Mahmut A., while driving his own truck with license plate 42 ABE 809. Emir A., who was seriously injured in the accident due to heavy fog, was trapped inside the vehicle.

DIED IN THE HOSPITAL

Upon notification, health, police, gendarmerie, and AFAD teams were dispatched to the accident site. Emir A., who was rescued from the truck by the teams, could not be saved despite the intervention at Bolvadin State Hospital. An investigation has been launched regarding the accident.
