HE ENTERED THE WRONG DIRECTION AND HIT THE MOTORCYCLE
The accident occurred at night on May 2 on Şehit Asteğmen Kemal Yüzgeç Boulevard in Bey Neighborhood. The car with plate 34 YAN 34 driven by Şahin Karıncaoğlu, who was going in the wrong direction, hit the motorcycle with plate 01 ARJ 825 ridden by Ferdi Dağparças. The swerving motorcycle hit a parked pickup truck with plate 01 DS 958. Meanwhile, the motorcycle and the pickup truck caught fire. In the accident, Ferdi Dağparçası and Hasan Emre Ayan, who was with him, lost their lives. It was determined that the car driver Karıncaoğlu, who was taken into custody, had 0.65 promille of alcohol. Şahin Karıncaoğlu, who was referred to the courthouse, was arrested.

TWO OF OUR YOUNG MEN DIED, THE KILLER LEFT THE COURTHOUSE LAUGHING
The families of Dağparçası and Ayan, who died in the accident, objected to the decision. The families said the incident was not an accident but a murder. Ferdi Dağparçası's father, Ufuk Dağparçası, noted that the driver left the courthouse laughing and shed tears. Mother Ceylan Dağparçası, who said her son had worked and supported the household since a young age, said, "I just want justice. This killer was set free after 6 months and left the courthouse laughing. Believe me, if I had felt he was remorseful, I would have withdrawn my complaint. Apart from a helmet and license, my child was found to have no fault regarding the accident. On the contrary, the other party was reported as primarily at fault according to the expert report. Ferdi worked for us for years. His father is ill, he cannot work. My son's only dream was to educate his younger siblings and help them have a profession. He always worked in heavy jobs, and on the day of the accident he had started work as a security guard. We believe that justice has not been served," she said.
I WAS GOING TO SEND MY SON TO THE MILITARY IN 1 MONTH
Hasan Emre Ayan's father, corpse washer İbrahim Ayan, who lost his life in the hospital 6 days after the accident, also shed tears for minutes, saying that he washed his son's corpse with his own hands. Emphasizing that they want justice to be served, İbrahim Ayan said, "I was going to send my son to the military in 1 month. His unit had even been determined. But he drank alcohol and lost control, violated lanes at 150 kilometers per hour, and murdered our innocent children. Expert reports exist. They said someone could be tried under arrest for 6 months in a traffic accident, but there is no accident here, there is a murder. My son was a security guard. He and our other young man Ferdi were an inseparable duo. I am a corpse washer. I wash corpses, carry them, and read the Quran. They made me wash my own child, but the killer was set free. They made me experience this pain. I washed my two-meter-tall son, shrouded him, and laid my child in the grave with my own hands. We do not want special treatment. We only want rights, law, and justice," he said.
