The Revenue Administration Presidency (GİB) announced that the force majeure situation for taxpayers in 4 provinces and 2 districts affected by the earthquakes centered in Kahramanmaraş has been extended until November 30th. The deadline for declarations and notifications has also been postponed.

The Revenue Administration Presidency (GİB) announced that the force majeure situation for taxpayers in 4 provinces and 2 districts affected by the earthquakes centered in Kahramanmaraş has been extended until November 30th. According to the statement on GİB's website, it was reported that individuals with tax liability records as of the date of the earthquake in the affected provinces are considered to be in a force majeure situation.

It was stated in the announcement that the deadline for submitting declarations and notifications has also been postponed until the end of the force majeure situation, "It has been deemed appropriate to extend the deadline until Saturday, November 30th, 2024 for taxpayers in Adıyaman, Hatay, Kahramanmaraş, Malatya, and the İslahiye and Nurdağı districts of Gaziantep."
