"GOD WILLING, WE WILL GET THROUGH THIS"
Ali Yeşil, who was in a mosque during the earthquake that caused great panic and stated that he read about the earthquake in the Sea of Marmara on social media, said, "May God protect us from worse. I had come to the mosque for prayer. While reading about the earthquake in Istanbul on my mobile phone, I realized that it also occurred in the center of Adapazarı. It lasted approximately 30-40 seconds. God willing, we will get through this, and may there be no worse. As someone who experienced the events of August 17, I hope better precautions will be taken. What I experienced that night came back to my mind. More than anything, precautions are important; the rest is up to God," he said.
