36-year-old Abdurrahman Öztürk stated that the philanthropist who paid the debts of the earthquake victim did not want his name to be disclosed, saying, "A total of 40,000 TL debts of 13 people were paid by a philanthropist. The debts that were paid were specifically selected from those who are not in good condition, those who are struggling to pay, and those who have rented houses. The total debt of the 13 people was paid by our philanthropist. This philanthropist did not want to reveal his name or image in any way. I will inform the people whose debts were paid secretly that their debts have been settled. I know that they will be as happy as I am about their debts being paid; we are going through a difficult process, and as the saying goes, 'Help comes when the need arises,' we are truly going through tough times, both as tradesmen and as the public," he said.

Öztürk, who stated that he encountered such a thing for the first time in his trading life, said, "The sudden payment of the debts of 13 people felt like medicine to me, and I am sure that the people whose debts were paid will also feel relieved.
