After the arrest of Gökalp İçer, the owner of ICRYPEX, on the grounds of causing the death of lawyer Göksu Çelebi, a statement was made by the lawyer of the Çelebi family. Lawyer Sezgin Tunç denied the claims that Çelebi had died, stating, "He is still receiving treatment in the intensive care unit of the hospital." He also indicated that the allegations regarding an agreement between the Çelebi family and Gökalp İçer were not true.
Gökalp İçer, the founder and Chairman of the cryptocurrency exchange ICRYPEX, was recently detained on the allegation of providing narcotics to lawyer Göksu Çelebi, who lost her life due to drug use. After completing his procedures at the police station, he was arrested by the court.
STATEMENT FROM GÖKSU ÇELEBİ'S FAMILY
While the repercussions of the incident continue, a statement that will stir the public was made by Göksu Çelebi's family. Sezgin Tunç, the lawyer of the Çelebi family, stated that the claims regarding Göksu Çelebi's death are not true.

The news circulating in some media outlets claiming that she has passed away does not reflect the truth and is unfounded."

A complaint has been filed against individuals and institutions that have responsibility or negligence regarding the incident. The investigation is being conducted meticulously by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office.
