The latest list from the ministry includes products such as cheese, chicken sausage, butter, butcher's meatballs, flower honey, and ring sausage.
FAMOUS BRAND USED POULTRY MEAT IN SAUSAGES
In Manisa, imitation and adulteration were detected at a flower honey producer belonging to three companies. It was determined that seed oil was mixed with olive oil in the producers of olive oil belonging to 9 companies. In the unlabelled sausage (beef) product of the Afyon sausage brand, it was found that poultry meat was used. The Yörükoğlu Cheese brand made a significant mark on the list. Poultry meat was detected in the heat-treated beef sausage product of the famous company.
The ministry's list also included salami and sausages. Poultry meat and mechanically separated meat were identified in the sausages that made it to the list. The fraud detected in the "Aged Full-Fat White Cheese from Sheep, Goat, and Cow Milk" product of Hüseyin Gediz brand belonging to Hüseyin Gediz Food and Industry in Balıkesir drew attention. It was determined that both goat milk and sheep milk were used in the product of the brand that claimed to contain "goat milk."
