A queue dispute occurred in front of a deposit return machine at a market in Bolu. A citizen, claiming that the woman throwing bags of bottles into the machine was using Turkish ID numbers belonging to other people, reacted by saying, 'How can 10 people's IDs be in this?' The tension between the parties was captured on a mobile phone camera, and the citizen stated that he reported the issue to CİMER (the Presidential Communication Center).

A dispute that occurred in front of a deposit return machine at a chain market in Bolu was captured on a mobile phone camera. Within the scope of the Deposit-Bearing Packaging (DOA) application implemented by the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change on July 1, 2026, a 1 lira incentive is paid for plastic, glass and aluminum packaging, leading to congestion at deposit machines.

In the incident at the market in Karamanlı Mahallesi, a woman who was depositing full garbage bags of packaging into the machine one by one allegedly occupied the machine for a long time. Another citizen waiting in line reacted to the situation.

"YOU DON'T EVEN LET US TAKE A TURN"

The waiting citizen expressed their reaction by saying, "You're not even letting us take a single turn. I live across the street, it's very rude."

The woman using the machine replied, "Instead of sleeping and waking up to come, you should come at 9 as well." This response escalated the argument further.

"HOW ARE 10 PEOPLE'S TR ID NUMBERS STORED IN THIS?"

During the argument, the waiting citizen claimed that the woman was using other people's Turkish Republic ID numbers to bypass the system's transaction limit.

The citizen stated, "She's entering with someone else's TR ID number. How is it legally possible for 10 people's IDs to be stored in this? Think about how she has melted down 500 (containers). We've reported you, we've written it down and we're waiting. We're watching you through CİMER (Presidential Communication Center), we'll see what they do."

The queue dispute and mutual dialogues that occurred in the middle of the market were recorded second by second on a mobile phone camera. No official statement has been made by authorities regarding the incident yet.
