Last week, a 'promotion of illegal gambling' investigation led to the detention of host Mehmet Ali Erbil and singer Serdar Ortaç, who were placed under 'house arrest'.

On the days he is allowed out, Mehmet Ali Erbil, who cannot leave his home except for hospital visits, was visited by his former manager Stelyo Pipis.

Erbil shared a photo they took together on his social media account, captioning it "My friend of 35 years".

Pipis had shared a post of support for Erbil and Ortaç on social media on the day they were detained, stating about Erbil, "My favorite man, he is my everything," and about Ortaç, "He is a crazy man, but he is Turkey's hit factory, he is a star."
