Turkish classical music artist Umut Akyürek announced in a video he shared on his social media account that his daughter Melek Bal is using illegal substances.

"THIS HAS REACHED TERRIFYING DIMENSIONS"

The singer stated in the video he shared, "Due to her psychological disorder, she couldn't restrain herself in any matter, and this has reached terrifying dimensions. I locked myself in the room. She was gone for two days. She is experiencing a very big crisis again. I had to call the police. We have called them several times before," he said.

"SHE ATTACKED HER FATHER WITH A KNIFE TWICE"

Continuing his statement, Akyürek said, "Even though I am an artist, I am powerless." He added, "We are afraid something might happen to her. She has attacked her father with a knife twice before. She has assaulted me several times because she loses her consciousness." After Akyürek's post, his daughter Melek Bal's photo with handcuffs and the note "Our shift has started" drew attention.
