Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu supporters, accompanied by MPs such as Mahir Polat, Hüseyin Yıldız, Orhan Sarıbal, Barış Bektaş, and Hasan Öztürkmen, were seen linking arms and advancing toward the headquarters door. A major scuffle broke out after party members guarding the building intervened.
While debates over absolute nullity continue in the CHP, the images that sparked the tension over the evacuation in front of the headquarters have emerged. The group supporting Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu was seen walking to the party headquarters door together with some CHP deputies.
THEY WALKED ARM IN ARM WITH DEPUTIES TO THE HEADQUARTERS
In the emerging images, supporters of Kılıçdaroğlu were seen walking arm in arm towards the headquarters entrance alongside CHP Şanlıurfa Deputy Mahir Polat, CHP Ankara Deputy Hüseyin Yıldız, CHP Bursa Deputy Orhan Sarıbal, CHP Kahramanmaraş Deputy Barış Bektaş, and CHP Gaziantep Deputy Hasan Öztürkmen.
During the commotion, a tension broke out between the group and the party members standing guard in front of the building.
A SCRUFFLE OCCURRED IN FRONT OF THE HEADQUARTERS
After the group heading to the door was intervened, a scuffle broke out between the parties. Due to the rising tension in front of the headquarters, a brief pushing and shoving incident occurred.

THE CRISIS IN THE CHP IS GROWING
Tension has been steadily rising in the CHP in recent days due to debates over absolute nullity, the congress process, and the management crisis.
As the tension between figures close to Özgür Özel and Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu has also spilled over to the front of the party headquarters, the latest incident has revealed the current state of the internal crisis within the CHP.
WHAT HAD HAPPENED?
The Ankara Regional Court of Appeals ruled for absolute nullity regarding the CHP. It was decided to annul the 38th Ordinary Congress of the CHP held on November 4-5, 2023.
It was decided to suspend CHP Chairman Özgür Özel, as well as the members of the Central Executive Board (MYK) and the High Disciplinary Board (YDK) from duty. The court also ruled that Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu, along with the Party Assembly (PM) and YDK members, should temporarily assume their duties. With the annulment of the congress, all ordinary and extraordinary congresses held after that date and the decisions taken also became void.
WHAT DID THE COURT RULING SAY?
In the ruling of the 36th Civil Chamber of the Ankara Regional Court of Appeals, it stated: 'The temporary suspension from duty of Chairman Özgür Özel, who took office through the congress of November 4-5, 2023, which is tainted by absolute nullity, as well as the members of the Central Executive Board, Party Assembly members, and High Disciplinary Board members, and the temporary assumption of duties and reinstatement of Chairman Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu, Party Assembly members, and High Disciplinary Board members who were in office prior to the congress of November 4-5, 2023, until the decision becomes final.'
