Companies and products found to be non-compliant in the inspection results are also disclosed one by one. FRAUD IN CHOCOLATE, SPICES, BUTTER, KEBAB, AND PASTRIESThe list published on "guvenilirgida.tarimorman.gov.tr" has been updated. The list dated December 2, which includes famous brands, featured products such as spices, chocolate, olive oil, butter, sausage, Urfa kebab, and pastries. ACTIVE PHARMACEUTICAL INGREDIENT FOUND IN CHOCOLATEFindings included seed oil in olive oil, head meat in sausage, offal (tripe) in minced meat pastries, poultry meat in Urfa kebab, and food coloring in spices. Additionally, it was reported that the product named "CHOCOLATE" sold by Burç İlaç ve Kozmetik Ticaret LTD Şirketi in Fatih, Istanbul, contained an "active pharmaceutical ingredient." FAMOUS BRANDS ALSO ON THE LISTThe list also included famous brands. The pastry shop named "Sarıyer Börekçisi" located in Sultangazi was found to have offal (tripe) in its minced meat pastry filling. In the sumac belonging to the "Arifoğlu" brand, "a dye not permitted for use in food" was detected.
