The Israeli army's attack on the center of Beirut, the capital of Lebanon, has resulted in the death of 18 people and injuries to 92 others.

2 MAJOR EXPLOSIONS OCCURRED

After the two explosions that occurred in the center of Beirut, smoke began to rise from the area. Many ambulances and fire crews were dispatched to the scene following the attack.

A BUILDING COLLAPSED, HOUSES AND VEHICLES DAMAGED

According to eyewitnesses in the area, a building targeted in the attack collapsed, and damage occurred to nearby houses and vehicles. The Lebanese Ministry of Health announced that 18 people were killed and 92 were injured in the attack.

CLAIM THAT NASRALLAH'S BROTHER-IN-LAW WAS ALSO KILLED

Meanwhile, in a report by Israel's Channel 12 television, it was claimed that the target of the attack was Wafiq Safa, the brother-in-law of Hezbollah Secretary-General Hasan Nasrallah, who was killed in an Israeli airstrike, and one of the senior figures of Hezbollah. No statement has yet been made by Israeli authorities regarding the attack and the claim that Safa was the target.
