NEW AGREEMENT WORTH 40 MILLION EUROS

In April 2020, Doğan Holding sold 60% of the company to the same firm for 23.4 million dollars, and has now agreed to sell the remaining 40% stake for 38 million 275 thousand 245 Euros.

COMPANY'S KAP STATEMENT RELEASED

In the statement made by Doğan Holding to KAP, it was noted; "Believe International purchased 60% of Doğan Müzik Yapım ve Ticaret A.Ş. (DMC) (shares with a nominal value of 8,171,903 TL) from our indirectly affiliated company DMC Invest B.V. on July 21, 2020.

This time, the sale and transfer of the remaining 40% stake (shares with a nominal value of 5,447,934 TL) owned by DMC Invest B.V. to Believe International has been completed for a price of 38,275,245 Euros."
