The footage shows a leopard, a wild animal reportedly brought into Turkey illegally and claimed to have been released onto the streets to avoid detection, strangling and killing a dog, then dragging it away to eat. Authorities have not yet made a statement regarding the alarming images that have caused panic among citizens.
