A person walking around naked in an apartment in Ankara got into an argument with neighborhood residents who reacted to him. The individual, who continued the argument by going to the window naked, further increased the anger of those around. As the tension grew, one of the neighborhood residents threw a piece of wood at the window of the apartment where the person was located twice in a row. The interesting moments were captured on a cell phone camera.
