The Meteorology warned by giving the time: Heavy rain alarm for Istanbul.

The General Directorate of Meteorology announced that heavy local showers are expected in Istanbul tomorrow morning. The rainfall is expected to affect the northern districts of Istanbul and the Bosphorus.

The warning from the General Directorate of Meteorology regarding the issue is as follows:

"According to the latest evaluations, local heavy (15-30 kg/m2) showers and thunderstorms are expected in Istanbul, especially in the northern districts and the Bosphorus area, between tomorrow (Tuesday) morning and noon. Therefore, it is necessary to be cautious and take precautions against possible risks such as flash floods, waterlogging, lightning, local hailstorms, and transportation disruptions."
