The Minister of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change, Murat Kurum, announced that rental assistance has been increased.

Speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony of urban transformation projects in Istanbul, Minister of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change Murat Kurum said, "The monthly rent support we provided to citizens whose homes are undergoing transformation was 5,500 lira. With a new decision we have made, we are increasing this amount to 8,000 lira, effective from 2025."

Minister of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change Murat Kurum announced that the rent support provided within the scope of urban transformation has been increased. In Ankara, Antalya, Bursa, and Izmir, the rent support has been raised from 4,500 lira to 6,500 lira. In the remaining metropolitan cities, it has increased from 3,750 lira to 5,500 lira, and in all other provinces, it has risen from 3,000 lira to 4,500 lira.
