The Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry has updated the list of foods that have been adulterated and could pose a risk to health. The ministry has made additions to the information available at "guvenilirgida.tarimorman.gov.tr". Accordingly, the number of "products that have been spoiled and altered in a way that endangers people's lives and health" has increased to 109, and the number of products confirmed to have been adulterated has risen to 703. OFFAL, PORK, AND PROHIBITED DYESThe list includes many irregularities, such as the presence of vegetable oil in products where it should not be found, and the mixing of poultry meat, offal, and pork into these products. Various irregularities have been identified in the newly added products, including the detection of dyes not permitted for food use, low fat content in raw milk, and the presence of soy and starch.
