Beşiktaş made a striking statement regarding the BJK Fulya Süleyman Seba Complex case. The black-and-white club stated that the legitimacy certified by Turkish justice has been usurped and announced that necessary complaints have been made against the individuals in question.

STATEMENT FROM THE CLUB

"In the case regarding the BJK Fulya Süleyman Seba Complex, our legitimacy certified by Turkish justice is being usurped by Aşçıoğlu İnşaat A.Ş.

This company, which previously did not pay its rent debts and objected to the enforcement proceedings we initiated, has now also refused to recognize the eviction decision given by the Istanbul 5th Enforcement Court.

Under the leadership of our Legal Committee President Altın Mimir, those who obstructed our friends who wanted to hang our Beşiktaş logo on the complex this evening; have caused difficulties, made threats and insults, and attempted to assault.

We condemn these events on behalf of our community, which has not been tarnished by a single stain in its 121-year history and considers honorable second places as a badge of honor.

Necessary complaints have been made against the individuals in question. We will not allow even a morsel of Beşiktaş to pass through anyone's throat."

On the other hand, Beşiktaş President Hüseyin Yücel also stated in his post regarding the issue, "I am following the matter... Our community should be at ease. I will not let anyone take even a morsel of Beşiktaş!"
