In 2020, the Argentine player transferred to Fenerbahçe, one of the Süper Lig teams. His adventure at Fenerbahçe, which he joined on October 5, was short-lived due to injury problems, but he managed to score 3 goals in 4 league matches with his team. After leaving Fenerbahçe at the end of his first season, Perotti signed with the Italian team Salernitana in February 2022 and left there at the end of the 2021-22 season, becoming a free agent.
