Lucy-Bleu Knight (25), the stepdaughter of Guns N' Roses guitarist Slash, committed suicide due to hydrogen sulfide poisoning. The note found at the scene included a warning about dangerous gas. The report indicated undiagnosed mental health issues and previous psychiatric treatments. A message expressing apology and regret was shared on Instagram. Knight's death shook the music world, leading Slash to cancel some concerts. The family requested privacy.

The autopsy report on Lucy-Bleu Knight, the 25-year-old stepdaughter of Guns N' Roses guitarist Slash, who died, has been released. Knight took her own life on July 19th by hydrogen sulfide poisoning.

At the scene, a warning note was found addressed to the first responders. Knight had warned the teams about the dangerous gas by writing "CAUTION CALL HAZMAT VERY SORRY H2S GAS POISONOUS DO NOT ENTER."

The report stated that Knight had undiagnosed mental health issues and had previously received psychiatric treatment. Despite having prescription drugs at home, toxicology tests showed that she had not been taking medication recently.

An apology and expressions of regret were posted on Knight's Instagram account after her death. Her family requested privacy during this difficult time.
