The silence of the night in the touristic district of Kuşadası, Aydın was disrupted by gunshots. A man who had recently separated from his wife opened fire on his ex-wife and her lover. One person lost their life in the incident, while the woman was not hit by the bullets. The angry man fled the scene with his gun after running out of bullets.

BLOOD SPILLED ON THE GROUND

The incident took place around 01:30 in the Cumhuriyet neighborhood on Toplum Street. When the residents heard consecutive gunshots in the middle of the night, they went out to the street and found a man lying on the ground covered in blood and a woman in a state of shock.

MAN SHOT IN THE HEAD LOST HIS LIFE

Upon receiving the report, security and medical teams arrived at the scene quickly and transported the severely injured man to the hospital by ambulance, while trying to calm down the shocked woman. The injured person, who was hit by numerous bullets in the head and various parts of the body, died at the hospital where he was taken.

Meanwhile, the police initiated an operation to apprehend the suspect who fled with the gun after the incident.

It was alleged that M.N., whose identity has not yet been determined, had been following his ex-wife and her lover O.M. for a long time and set up an ambush on Toplum Street in the Cumhuriyet neighborhood in the middle of the night.
