In the investigation of drug and prostitution, special gambling materials and money prepared for special clients were seized from the home of Muzaffer Yıldırım, the owner of Bebek Hotel, who was taken into custody.

In the context of the prostitution and drug investigation initiated by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, a search was conducted by security teams at the home of Muzaffer Yıldırım, the owner of Bebek Hotel, who was first detained and later arrested.

WHAT HAPPENED?

Media, art, and business world drug investigations are ongoing against numerous individuals. While many of those detained so far have been released after statements and test results, some individuals, including Habertürk TV General Manager Mehmet Akif Ersoy and anchor Ela Rümeysa Cebeci, have also been arrested as part of a drug investigation.

As part of the investigation conducted by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office's Smuggling, Narcotics, and Economic Crimes Investigation Bureau for the crimes of "possessing drugs or stimulants for personal use," "facilitating drug use," and "encouraging someone to engage in prostitution, facilitating this, or mediating for prostitution or providing a location," 26 individuals who were detained the day before were referred to the prosecutor's office today.

Doğukan Güngör, Alya Şahinler, Ceren Yıldırım, and Saniye Deniz were released after their statements to the prosecutor's office with a travel ban.

Of the 26 individuals whose statements were taken by the prosecutor's office, 19 were arrested. Seven individuals, including Binnur Buse, Gözde Anuk, and Sedef Selen Atmaca, were released under house arrest conditions.
