"Although GALATASARAY A.Ş. athlete YUNUS AKGÜN was referred due to Article 41 of the FDT, it has been understood that the mentioned social media post contains a limited part that cannot be evaluated within the scope of the referral article and that the content of the post does not meet the elements of the referral article, but the act in this form is also considered contrary to sportsmanship, therefore it has been decided to punish him with a fine of 117,000.-TL in accordance with Articles 36/2 and 35/4 of the FDT, (with two opposing votes stating that there is no place for penalty determination) by majority vote."
