The person who slapped the foreign national child has been caught.

The Minister of Interior, Ali Yerlikaya, would have known that the person who assaulted a foreign child at the Yenikapı-Hacıosman metro station in Istanbul was apprehended and taken into custody.

The Minister of Interior, Ali Yerlikaya, made statements regarding the issue on his social media account, stating: "The footage circulating on social media showing violence against a foreign child on the metro has been examined by our Istanbul Police Department. After conducting investigations, it has been determined that the incident took place on the Yenikapı-Hacıosman M2 metro line and the perpetrator of the violence is a 41-year-old individual named D.A."

The suspect has been apprehended and taken into custody today. Children are the most innocent beings and our greatest wealth. Violence against children is never acceptable."
