The person who threatened and waved a knife at Arab tourists in Istanbul has been arrested.

A suspect who threatened and insulted foreigners with a knife in a restaurant in Sarıyer, Istanbul, has been arrested.

The harassment scandal in Kayseri and the events in Syria have led to protests against foreign citizens in many cities, and the latest incident occurred in Istanbul.

Upon the incident, police teams were dispatched to the area. In the investigation conducted by the teams, it was determined that the suspect threatened foreigners with a knife and used profanity and insults. The suspect M.I (43), who was taken into custody at his home, was found to be drunk.

HE WAS ARRESTED

After the procedures at the police station, the suspect, who was referred to the courthouse on charges of "intentional injury" and "resisting to fulfill duty", was arrested by the duty magistrate.
