Ahmet Aytan (77), who resides in the Ereğli district of Zonguldak, gave his inherited land to a contractor in exchange for a villa worth approximately 15 million TL and an apartment valued at 6 million TL.
HE GAVE POWER OF ATTORNEY AND LOST HIS PROPERTIES
According to allegations, while Aytan was about to take possession of his properties, a real estate agent contacted him and offered to give him 4 apartments from another project that had not yet started construction in exchange for the villa and apartment he owned. Accepting this offer, Aytan gave power of attorney for the transactions. However, it was claimed that during the process, the title deed of Aytan's villa and apartment was transferred to other individuals, and the 4 apartments promised to Aytan were not delivered.
HE FILED A CRIMINAL COMPLAINT
Ahmet Aytan, who stated that his properties were transferred but he did not receive the promised apartments in return, filed a criminal complaint against B.S. and R.T. for "qualified fraud" with the public prosecutor's office.
"I HAVE TO SPEND WINTER IN A SHACK"
Aytan, who stated that he had to live in a makeshift shack despite having million-dollar properties, expressed his grievances, saying, "My goodwill was abused, and I am complaining about those who victimized me. The weather has turned cold, and I have to spend the winter in a freezing shack without electricity. There is no electricity, and I am trying to cook my meals with my own means. The people around are also disturbed by the appearance of the shack. I am waiting for the legal process to conclude as soon as possible."
