HOW TO APPLY FOR CONTRACTED TEACHER PREFERENCES?

Candidates will make their institutional preference applications through e-Government and will not need to go to any district or provincial national education directorate to have their preference applications approved.

WHEN WILL THE TEACHER APPOINTMENT RESULTS BE ANNOUNCED?

After the publication of the 2024 Contracted Teacher Preference and Appointment Guide by MEB, the date for the announcement of the contracted teacher appointment results has been determined.

Accordingly, the results of the contracted teacher appointments will be announced on November 23, 2024.

MEB ANNOUNCEMENT ON APPOINTMENT PREFERENCES

MEB announced the oral exam results and the success scores obtained by taking 50% of the KPSS score and 50% of the oral exam score for the recruitment of 20,000 contracted teachers on October 25, and also published the 2024 Contracted Teacher Preference and Appointment Guide on the same date.

Subsequently, the objection process regarding the oral exam results, which started on October 28, ended on November 1, and the objections made until November 11 were evaluated by the oral exam commissions.

As of today, the rankings based on the finalized scores will be available on the candidates' preference screen. The preference application process for 20,000 teachers will end on November 20 at 16:00.

A MAXIMUM OF 40 INSTITUTIONS CAN BE PREFERRED

Candidates who score 60 or above in the oral exam can prefer a maximum of 40 educational institutions electronically.
