The Presidential Cabinet will convene at the former Presidential Palace, Çankaya Mansion, on November 10th in honor of the Great Leader Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, rather than at the Presidential Complex.

On November 10, the 86th anniversary of the death of Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, the founder of the Republic of Turkey, the Presidential Cabinet will convene at the Çankaya Mansion. It has been learned that the cabinet meeting will be held on Sunday in Çankaya in honor of Atatürk, upon Erdoğan's instruction.

IT WILL BE THE FIRST TIME MEETING IN ÇANKAYA

With this decision, the Cabinet under Erdoğan's presidency will meet in Çankaya for the first time since the closure of the Prime Ministry. The Çankaya Mansion, which was transferred to the Prime Ministry with the opening of the Presidential Complex, last hosted a cabinet meeting in 2015. Erdoğan last announced the new cabinet members at a press conference held at the Çankaya Mansion on June 5, 2023.
