The previously abolished employer insurance premium support of 4 points is being reinstated.

A bill containing amendments to the Social Security and General Health Insurance Law has been submitted to the Speaker of the Parliament.

The proposal also includes the reintroduction of premium support for employers. Accordingly, with this regulation, employers will receive a 4-point insurance premium support. For those working in the manufacturing sector, a 5-point support will be provided in the years 2025-2026.

INCENTIVES HAD BEEN REMOVED

The premium incentive system was implemented in 2008 but was removed within the scope of tax regulations. Employers who paid their taxes regularly were granted a 5-point premium discount, regardless of the sector.
